Protocol
DEPOSITS
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required to make a booking.
Your appointment cannot be held until I have received your deposit.
If you reschedule your deposit can be applied to the new appointment time. I will apply the same deposit to a rescheduled appointment one time. If you would like to reschedule a second time, that will forfeit the original deposit and a new deposit will be required. On the very rare occasion that I need to cancel our appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
CANCELLATION FEES
I understand that things can come up. If you need to cancel please let me know as soon as possible. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This 25% is covered by your deposit. If you do not keep our appointment and do not notify me beforehand, I require full payment for the missed session and may request a larger deposit or full payment prior to any future sessions.
